Sickness Absence Reviews
Occupational Health reports are required in cases of ill health performance management. Our specialist will carry out an absence review and produce a report with recommendations which our team of HR professionals can use when managing your absence issues.
Workplace Assessments
It is important that your employees have a safe and comfortable work environment. We will talk to each individual about their general health and conduct an ergonomic and environmental assessment of the workspace. We will produce a report containing our recommendations. If necessary we can arrange further assessment by a fully qualified, specialist, ergonomist.
New Joiner Medicals
This service can be done in the form of a full medical (often with baseline health surveillance being recorded at the same time) or alternatively as a paper screening.
The Equality Act 2010 states that health assessments should now only be completed after the offer of employment has been made.
