To give an all-round confidence in managing your personnel, we have teamed up with successful partners in the UK to supply accredited learning.
We recently assembled a bespoke set of leadership development and people management sessions. Delivered by Niel Cope (People Matters’ Managing Director) and aimed at those with management responsibilities but with no formal training, the qualification ran alongside an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 3 and Level 5 Award.
Supported by assessors in different parts of the country to meet the needs of the learners, its modules reinforced industry best practice, expanded on existing knowledge and provided a flexible framework for professional development.
